Unregistered Guests are not allowed to stay in the room.
Female visitors are not allowed in the Male guest’s room and Male visitors are not allowed in the female guest’s room.
According to foreign exchange regulations of Bangladesh Bank, Foreigners will have to settle their bills in exchangeable foreign currencies.
Foreigners employed in firms, Organizations of diplomatic mission in Bangladesh can pay in local currency by presenting proper certificates.
Local firms and companies cannot pay the bills for foreigners in local currency without prior approval from Bangladesh Bank.
If Guest keep their cash money and valuable goods in their possession or not deposit the same against proper receipt for Hotel Manager or Front Desk in charge. Hotel Authority will not responsible for any kinds of missing or damage.
Credit cannot be given without prior arrangement with the hotel authority.
Pets are not allowed in the room.
Though we are not check the baggage and body of our guest, so we are not responsible for any kind of illegal activities or goods of guest in hotel premises.
If any guest provide fake information of him or his spouse, the authority of Hotel Royal International is not responsible for this case.
You have to paid Tk. 3,000/- for the damage or loss of key card of room as penalty.
If any guest destroys any furniture and fixtures (such as TV, Fridge, AC etc.) of his room, then he/she will be bound to pay the compensation for this.
Guest must inform reception within 2 hours before checkout if he/she would like to pay with credit card. We accept only Cash, bKash, Credit Card (Master Card, Visa Card & AMEX Card). We do not accept Cheque.
Other rules and regulation shall be implemented in accordance with Bangladesh law and order.
You should pay additional 15% vat (For Bangladesh Government) + 5% Service Charge (For Hotel Authority) on room and food.
For food service in room additional 10% service charge will be added on food bill.
